2021: All-Conference Second Team...Started all 36 contests...Averaged .297 on 41 hits, eight doubles, two triples, and two home runs while adding 25 RBI and 35 runs scored...Led the team with 12 stolen bases and three sacrifice hits...Recorded a hit in 24 contests, featuring 14 multi-hit efforts...Drove in a season-high four runs after going 3-for-6 with two doubles against Caldwell (Apr. 7).

2020: Started all 11 games he appeared in…Batted .370…Tallied 17 hits, two doubles, two triples, one home run, scored 19 runs, drove in seven runs, walked six times, and stole three bases…Logged five multi-hit games...Recorded four hits, scored three runs, and drove in one run in the Lions’ win over Franklin Pierce Mar. 6)…Collected two hits, three RBIs, and one run scored in the team’s win over New Haven (Mar. 8).

2019: Started all 43 games he appeared in...Finished sixth in the ECC in batting average (.349), ninth in triples (3), and 12^th in runs (38) and hits (59)...Drove in 28 runs...Hit two home runs and tallied eight doubles...Registered 17 multi-hits contests...Tallied three hits, one home run,  drove in five runs, and scored three runs in the Lions' win over Lincoln (Mar. 31)...Collected two hits and three RBIs in the team's win over Queens (Apr. 14). 

2018: Started all 51 games he appeared in…Batted .258 and tallied 39 hits, two doubles…Drove in 10 runs…Collected three hits against Caldwell (Mar. 14) and Bridgeport (May 11) … Recorded 11 multi-hit games…Recorded three RBIs in the Lions’ win over Bridgeport (Mar. 24).

2017: Appeared in 13 contests, earning seven starts as a freshman…Drove in four runs on nine hits and one triple, scoring six runs…Averaged .265 at the plate, slugging at .324 with an on base percentage of .306…Went 2-for-4 with a season-high three RBIs after hitting a bases clearing triple against Dominican (Mar. 21).

Prior to Molloy: Four-year varsity baseball player for New Hyde Park High School...Was named All Conference in 2014, as well as All County in 2015 and 2016...Member of 2016 playoff baseball team...Also three-year varsity basketball player for the Gladiators...Awarded All Conference recognition for basketball in 2016.

Personal: Son of Louis and Maureen Messina...Has one younger brother...Roots for the New York Yankees...Favorite athlete is Derek Jeter ...Majoring in education.
