About the Lions:

• Molloy comes into the week 1-1-2 on the young season
• The Lions went 0-0-2 last week, battling to a 1-1 draw against Holy Family Tuesday, September 8 before grinding out a scoreless draw against Adelphi Saturday, September 12.
• Against Holy Family, sophomore Jack Veletanga netted a free-kick goal that served as the tying goal to clinch the deadlock. The contest saw the Molloy debut of senior goalkeeper Anthony Martinez who made seven saves across 90 minutes.

Dominican:

• The Cougars hold a 0-3-1 record on the campaign.
• The Chargers return to the field for the first time since Saturday, September 5 where they fell to Staten Island, 3-0.
• To this point of the year, Noah Rosa tops the squad with two points with one goal whole Dusan Ranisavljevic has collected an assist.
• The Lions and Chargers met in Rockville Centre last season with the Lions earning a 4-2 victory September 11, 2025.
• Molloy is 3-5-2 all-time against Dominican. 

Daemen:

• The Wildcats are 0-4-2 through the opening two weeks.
• Daemen went 0-2 last week, falling to Monroe, 6-1, Wednesday September 9 before playing Salem to a 1-1 draw Saturday, September 12.
• Sincere Noble leads all scorers with four points behind a pair of goals. In net, Cristopher Vasquez has made a team high 29 saves while holding a 74.4 save percentage.
• The two programs got together last season in Amherst with the Lions coming away with a 3-0 victory October 18, 2025.
• Molloy is 10-2 all-time against Daemen.

Regarding Molloy:

• The Lions enter the week 2-3-1.
• Molloy went 0-1-1 last week, playing to a scoreless draw against Bridgeport Wednesday, September 9 before falling to Georgian Court, 4-1, Saturday, September 12.
• Against Georgian Court, sophomore Amanda Martin tallied her first career goal finding the back of the net in the 42^nd minute.

#23 Franklin Pierce:

• The Ravens come into the week ranked 23^rd in the United Soccer Coaches poll holding a 4-2 record.
• Franklin Pierce went 2-0 last week, picking up a 4-0 victory over Post Wednesday, September 9 before topping Bridgeport, 5-1, Saturday, September 12.
• The squad hoists three players over five points, led by Aino Martikainen who has collected nine (four goals and one assist) while McKenna Mcguire has handed out three helpers.
• When the two programs met last season in Rockville Centre, the Lions topped the then seventh-ranked Ravens, 3-1, September 17, 2025.
• Molloy is 1-2 all-time against Franklin Pierce.

Daemen:

• The Wildcats will enter conference play 1-4-1 on the young season.
• Daemen went 0-2 last week, falling to Saint Anselm, 2-0, Friday September 11 before dropping a 6-2 contest to 17^th-ranked Bentley Sunday, September 13.
• Macayla Hansen, Zainab Khalid, and Bridey McKenzie has all totaled two goals apiece. In goal, Rylee Kumer has made 41 saves.
• The Lions and Wildcats met last season for their annual conference matchup with the Lions coming away with a 2-1 triumph in Amherst October 18, 2025.
• Molloy is 10-4 all-time against Daemen.

Concerning the Cardinal and White:

• The Lions come into mid-September 3-7.
• Molloy competed in the East Region Clash last week, going 2-3 overall on the week.
• The Lions earned a 3-0 triumph Tuesday, September 8 before collecting a 3-1 victory over Bridgeport Friday, September 11. Later in the day the Lions fell to AIC, 3-0, before dropping contests to Felician, 3-2, and Bentley, 3-1, Saturday, September 12.
• Junior Frankie Kelleher was named to the All-Tournament Team after collecting 2.05 kills per set while hitting at a 47.9 percent rate. The junior committed just six attack errors through five matches while totaling double-digit kills in two matches and two matches forcing three blocks.

Southern Connecticut State:

• The Owls have gotten off to a 7-2 start to the campaign.
• Southern Connecticut State went 1-1 last week falling to Bridgeport, 3-2, Tuesday, September 8 before earning a 3-0 win over Post Friday, September 11.
• At the net, Kerrigan Habing tops all players with 119 kills, 3.61 kills per set, and 18 service aces, Kimi Mitchell has totaled 299 assists, and Sydney Bennett has added 29 blocks with a team-leading nine solo blocks.
• The two programs met in Rockville Centre last season with the Owls coming away with a 3-1 victory October 3, 2025.
• Molloy is 20-19 all-time against Southern Connecticut State.

Pace:

• The Setters come into the week 3-4.
• Pace went 0-3 last week, falling, 3-1, to Felician Tuesday, September 8, St. Thomas Aquinas and Goldey-Beacom Saturday, September 12.
• Offensively, Paola Ortiz leads the team with 66 kills, Aralyn Saulys has handed out 148 assists, and Ileann Alessandra Perez has tallied 11 blocks.
• The Lions were swept, 3-0, in last season's meeting with the Setters September 16, 2026.
• Molloy is 10-16 all-time against Pace.

• In the contest, sophomore Katie Ogurick netted her first goal of the season following a pass from junior Samantha Naples.

Pace:

• The Setters hold a 3-1 record ranked tied for 10^th in the latest NFHCA Coaches Poll.
• Pace went 1-1 last week, falling to Millersville, 3-1, Wednesday, September 9 before taking down Roberts Wesleyan, 4-1, Saturday, September 12.
• Grace Francis is one of two players with five goals, leading the team with 11 points. In goal, Tara Dusée has collected 16 saves allowing four goals.
• The Lions and Setters met last season at Mitchel Field with the road team earning a 2-0 victory September 30, 2025.
• Molloy is 0-8 all-time against Pace.

• The Lions competed at the University of Hartford Invite last week.
• The women's team collected 141 points en route to a fifth-place finish and the men's team totaled 208 points in an eighth-place finish.
• Senior Peter Bagattine led the men's squad with a 20^th place finish in the 5k running a career-best 16:52.4.
• The women's team was paced by junior Carli Sheiffele who crossed the line in 19^th running a personal best 12:12.3.
