Pomona, N.Y. – Molloy began the final week of the regular season visiting the Chargers of Dominican University Tuesday afternoon. The Lions would fall, 13-6, setting them at 26-17 on the campaign, while Dominican improves to 35-15.
 
How it Happened
	- Dominican struck for two runs in the bottom of the first on the back of a solo home run and an RBI single.
- Molloy cut the deficit in half, 2-1, in the top of the second after senior Patrick Sanchez scored following an error.
-  The Chargers put together a three-run bottom of the second and added a run in the bottom of the third to open a five-run advantage, 6-1, through three innings of action.
- The Lions' bats got hot in the fourth. Junior Sean Welsh stepped to the plate and cleared the bases plating three runs off a triple and scored following a sacrifice fly from redshirt senior Matthew Gonchar to cut the deficit to one, 6-5.
- Senior Nicholas Dagnello capped the five-run inning with an RBI single to bring in graduate student Aidan Larkin to bring the contest back to all square at six.
- The home team wasted little time getting back in front, scoring two runs off a single in the bottom of the frame to retake the lead, 8-6.
- After Dominican added a run in the fifth to increase its lead, 9-6, Molloy threatened in the top of the sixth loading the bases. The Chargers escaped the jam, inducing an inning ending ground out to keep the Lions off the board.
- The Chargers would plate four runs in the sixth and hold the cardinal and white silent for the remainder of the contest and go on to win the game, 13-6.
Top Performances
	- Larkin led the offense with three hits while Welsh paced with three RBI.
- Gonchar and Dagnello collected a hit and an RBI each.
- Junior Jack Coogan and sophomores Charlie Imhof and Anthony Marsillo tallied base hits.
