How it Happened

- Senior Megan Rugolo responded with a goal with 3:19 left in the frame.
- From there, senior Brenna Signorelli would net three-straight goals in a span of four minutes to give Molloy a 4-2 lead. Senior Alexa Amorison continued the streak with a goal from free position.
- The Penmen disrupted the run with back-to-back goals, coming within one.
- Senior Sofia Quitoni won the resulting draw and went right to cage to regain a two-goal lead for the Lions, 6-4.
- SNHU would end the second quarter with two goals to bring the teams back to even at the break.
- It would take nearly six minutes to break the knot in the third quarter, but Eliana Anderson found the back of the net to put the visitors in front.
- Another free position goal from Amorison just over one minute later tied the game again at seven.
