West Babylon, N.Y.- The East Coast Conference released its weekly awards this afternoon with two members of the cardinal and white being selected for major awards and five being named to the Weekly Honor Roll.

The Lions took two of the major weekly awards for baseball with senior
Aidan Larkin being tabbed the Player of the Week and freshman
Charlie Imhof earning Rookie of the Week.
Larkin maintained his dominance at the core of the Lions' lineup, reaching base in all three games he started with multiple hits against Bentley, Lynn, and Southern Connecticut. In total, the senior third baseman recorded a batting average of .583 (7-for-12), scored eight runs, and contributed three RBI to cap off an impressive week.
Imhof kicked of the week by reaching base in all four plate appearances against Bentley (Mar. 8), tallying three walks and an RBI single. The freshman had a standout showing against Southern Connecticut (Mar. 10) with two home runs and six RBI. In total, the second basemen hit .714 (5-for-7), contributing seven RBI, scoring five runs, drawing three walks, and notching his first two career home runs.

Senior Megan Rugolo led the Lions against No. 20 Lynn University (Mar. 10) for a spot on the weekly honor roll. Contributing seven points with five goals on eight shots and two assists. The attacker dominated with a game-high eight draw controls on the night.

Sophomore Eric Schiller was also selected to the weekly honor roll after a career-high four caused turnovers and secured four ground balls against the university of Bridgeport (Mar. 9).

Senior
Ryan Hynes earned a spot on the baseball weekly honor roll. Hynes was efficient in Molloy's 12-4 victory against Lynn (Mar. 9). The left-handed pitcher pitched five scoreless innings, dispersing five hits and striking out seven batters to improve to a 2-0 record on the season.

Senior Chrissie Hunn and freshman Sophia Mariottini both earned spots on the softball weekly honor roll. Huhn maintained a batting average of .385 (5-for-13) throughout the week, recording a hit in each of Molloy's four contests, including a pair against Franklin Pierce (Mar. 10). Mariottini posted a 1.93 EA during a 1-1 week in the circle. The freshman pitched for 14 innings, conceding only three earned runs while recording seven strikeouts, including matching a career-high five strikeouts against Franklin Pierce.
