Philadelphia, Pa. - The women's soccer team played to a 1-1 draw this afternoon against the Rams of Jefferson from Ravenhill Field. Molloy sits at 2-4-1 on the season while the Rams end the contest at 8-0-1.

How it Happened

• Jefferson would record the first two shots of the contest just eight minutes in, but neither landed on target.
• Sophomore Isabella Muro forced Liv Riddel to make a stop just 30 seconds later.
• Molloy would get on the board in the 22nd minute as senior Alessandra Borsellino netted her first goal of the season from the penalty spot.
• The home team would threaten to knot the score in the final five minutes of the contest, as Izzy Alexandre sent a shot to the bottom right of the net, but it was stopped by sophomore keeper Elyse Munoz.
• A foul in the 52nd minute sent Kiery Spatz to the penalty spot. Spatz converted on the attempt, tying the game at 1-1.
• The Lions were held without a shot in the second half while Munoz made six second half stops to preserve the tie.
