Seaford, N.Y. - The field hockey fell to #6 Assumption University this afternoon at Cedar Creek Park, 2-0. The loss dropped the Lions to 1-12 (0-9 Notheast-10 Conference) while the Greyhounds improved to 11-3 (8-1 NE10).

How it Happened
- The Molloy defense held strong through the first 30 minutes of play, keeping Assumption off the board through the first half.
- The Greyhounds scored late in the third quarter to take a 1-0 lead before adding another goal in the first few minutes of the fourth quarter.
- The Lions had three opportunities to score off penalty corners in the final 15 minutes, but were unable to convert any.
- Saigh recorded 11 saves in net while sophomore Kassandra Sakhat made one defensive save.
