Pleasantville, N.Y.- The field hockey team dropped a 6-1 decision to Pace University this evening at Finnerty Field. The loss drops the Lions to 1-10 (0-7 Northeast-10 Conference) while the Setters improve to 6-6 (3-4 NE10).

How it Happened

• Pace was quick to hit the scoreboard, scoring in the first five minutes in each of the first two quarters to take a 2-0 lead at half.
• Molloy's offense put together two shots in the opening half.
• The Setters dominated the second half, tallying one goal in the third frame and three goals in the fourth quarter.
• Junior Ally Saigh made 12 saves in net.
• Freshman Dayanna Ortiz scored the Lions' lone goal of the game in the final two minutes of the fourth frame  off a penalty corner.
