Winter Park, Fla. - Molloy fell to #17 Rollins this afternoon, 20-4, at Barker Family Stadium. The Lions sit at 0-2 after the opening week of play in 2020. 

How it Happened

• The maroon and white netted the first goal of the contest, an unassisted marker by freshman Sean Plasencia. 
• The home team knotted the score on a man-up goal before the Lions took its second lead of the game on an unassisted goal by freshman Scott Capicchioni.
• The game was tied, 2-2, after the opening frame.
• Rollins netted six goals in the second quarter and eight in the third.
• Graduate student Mike Del Giorno and senior Kevin Pastier each added goals in the third, both assisted by junior Anthony Teresky, to set the score at 16-4 after 45 minutes of play.
• The Tars added four markers in the final quarter to take a 20-4 victory.

Top Performances

• Teresky led with two points on two assists.
• Seniors Travis Cooksey and Brandon Leon each picked up three ground balls with Leon adding three caused turnovers.
• Sophomore James O'Grady made six saves in net.
