Rindge, N.H. - The field hockey team fell, 2-0, at Franklin Pierce University this afternoon in Northeast-10 Conference play. The Lions fell to 1-6 with the loss and 1-4 in league play while the Ravens improved to 4-4 on the season and 3-1 in NE10 play with the victory.

How it Happened

• Freshman goalie Ally Saigh made three saves in in the first quarter, to keep the Ravens off the board after 15 minutes.
• The Molloy defense held the home team shotless in the second frame while the sophomores Kyra Dalli and Hailey Fiordiliso recorded shots for the maroon and white. 
• The scoreless tie was broken nearly seven minutes into the second half, as the Ravens scored off a rebound following a penalty corner.
• The home team added an insurance marker in the final seven minutes of play, sending the ball past Saigh on a two-on-one.
• Sophomores Carly Malico and Erin Tudryn recorded the lone other shots for the maroon and white.
• Saigh made five saves in net.
