Worcester, Mass. - The field hockey team fell to the Greyhounds of Assumption College, 5-0, in the penultimate game of the 2019 season. Molloy will enter the final game with a 1-16 record, going 1-21 in Northeast-10 Conference play.

How it Happened

• The Greyhounds offense went to work from the first whistle, taking nine shots in the opening 10 minutes of play.
• Despite eight saves from freshman Ally Saigh, the home team took a 2-0 lead after 15 minutes of play.
• Molloy held the Greyhounds to just four shots in the second quarter.
• Assumption netted three goals in the third quarter to take a 5-0 lead.
• Freshman Ava Quick stopped eight shots in the fourth quarter to keep the differential at five goals.
• Quick and Saigh each made 11 saves in net for the maroon and white in the effort.
