Seaford, N.Y. - The field hockey team fell to the Setters of Pace University, 2-1, this afternoon from Cedar Creek Park. The Lions sit at 1-14 on the season and 1-10 in Northeast-10 play.
How it Happened
	- A defensive tone was set early in the contest, with teams combining for just three shots in the opening quarter.
 
	- The maroon and white got on the board first as sophomore Erin Tudryn set up sophomore Kyra Dalli for a goal off the Lions' first penalty corner opportunity of the afternoon.
 
	- Freshman Ally Saigh made two saves in the first half to keep Pace off the board.
 
	- Pressure from the Molloy defense continued through the third quarter, with six shots from the Setters ending up either blocked or saved.
 
	- On its sixth penalty corner of the contest, Pace found the back of the net to knot the score in the 51st minute.
 
	- The game would remained tied into the final minutes. Tudryn fired a shot at the Setter goalkeeper, who was able to keep the ball in front of her with a block save.
 
	- The Setters would break the tie with just 62 seconds left on the clock, once again off a penalty corner.
 
Top Performances
	- Tudryn led the maroon and white with five shots while Dalli took two, including scoring the team's lone goal on the afternoon.
 
	- Saigh made six stops in net.
