Waltham, Mass. – The Molloy women's basketball team was defeated by the Bentley Falcons, 84-51, Sunday afternoon at the Dana Center. The Lions moved to 5-5. The Falcons improved to 12-0.
How it Happened
· The Falcons netted the first 13 points of the contest and led 30-8 at the end of the first quarter.
· Bentley increased its lead to 29, 46-17, with 2:51 left in the half.
· The home team led 50-25 at the break.
· Bentley opened an 67-32 advantage with 2:58 left in the third stanza and led 69-39 after 30 minutes of play.
