No. 5 seed - Molloy College Lions (16-12 overall, 11-9 ECC)
@
No. 4 seed - LIU Post Pioneers (16-12 overall, 11-9 ECC)

With both squads finishing at 11-9 in the conference, the first tiebreaker examined is the head-to-head record. Molloy and LIU Post split their 2-game season series this year, so tiebreaker #2 is looked at, which is record versus the highest seed. Versus St. Thomas Aquinas College, LIU Post split 1-1, while Molloy went 0-2, hence the Pioneers grabbing the 4-seed and the Lions taking the 5-seed.
