Keith Hinnant joined the Lions staff in 2018.
Hinnant started his coaching career at Bayshore Middle School in 2012, before going to Massapequa from 2013-2018.
The Bayshore, N.Y. native went to the University of South Carolina, where he was a team captain and graduated in 2008.
In high school, Hinnant was an eight-time All-American, he holds the New York State Federation 400-meter record, and won the 2004 Gold Medal in the 4x400 at the World Junior Championship. Hinnant was named the 2003-04 USATF Long Island Runner of the Year.
Hinnant currently works as a fifth grade teacher at Northern Parkway Elementary School in Uniondale.
