2022-23:
  • Placed 14th in the 800-meter at the Wagner Invite (Jan. 6) with a time of 2:40.47.
  • Ran a 300-meter with a time of 48.95 at the MLK Tribute Invite (Jan. 16).
  • Set a personal-best in the 1000-meter at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 28) with a time of 3:17.01.
  • Ran a personal-best 1500-meter time of 5:13.75 at the Ursinus Invite (Mar. 25), finishing seventh. 
  • Ran a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:31.61 at the Ramapo Invite (Apr. 1), good for 11th-place.
  • Placed sixth in the 1500-meter at the TCNJ Invite (Apr. 8) with a personal-best time of 5:03.86.
2021-22:
  • Finished 2nd in the 4x800-meter relay at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of 10:17.64.
  • Placed 13th in the 1500-meter at the ESU All American Meet (April 23) with a personal-record time of 5:15.65.
  • Ran a personal best 5:56.92 in the mile at the Ramapo College Track & Field Opener (Jan. 21) to finish 19th.
  • Finished 10th in the mile at the 2022 Spartan Invite (Jan. 14), with a time of 6:04.12.
2020-21:
  • Finished eighth in the East Coast Conference Championship (May 1) in the 800-meter with a personal-best time of 2:36.13.
  • Set a personal-best in the 1500-meter (5:46.52) at the Icahn Invitational (Mar. 21).

2019-20:
  • Member of the 4x400 that placed seventh at the Wagner College Invitational (Jan. 3) crossing the line at 4:43.15
  • Finished 14th in the 500 meters at the 2020 TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational (Jan. 11) running a personal best 1:30.90
