Before Molloy, Paris worked with the Massapequa Soccer Club as an instructor of players ranging from 4-18.
He attended St. Catharine College in Kentucky, where he competed on the school's men's soccer team before working as a student assistant coach with both the men's and women's program before graduating with a degree in sports leadership.
In addition to his time with Molloy, Paris currently works as an apprentice assistant coach with the New York Cosmos Academy U12 team.
