Conto joined the Lions staff in 2019. 

The West Hempstead, N.Y. native played women's lacrosse at Hofstra from 2012-2017. With the Pride, she was the 2013 CAA Rookie of the Year, earned the Nick Colleluori Unsung Hero Award, and was the Hofstra Athletics Outstanding Senior. She also helped Hofstra win the 2016 regular season championship.
