Molloy University Athletics

Rice joined the women's lacrosse coaching staff ahead of the 2021 season. 

Rice was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse team at Adelphi University, serving as the Panthers' starting goalie and captain for two years before graduating with a degree in English in 2020 and starting a Master's degree in adolescent education. 

In addition to coaching with Molloy, Rice works as a personal goalie trainer with players aged 5-18 as well as coaching with LI Express, Checkmate Lacrosse, and Storm Academy. 

He also works as a security guard at Navy Beach.
