Bauer joined the women's lacrosse program ahead of the 2022 season.

A former student-athlete, Bauer was a four-year member of the maroon and white, earning three All-Conference nods.

After graduating with a degree in criminal justice, Bauer worked as a paralegal/legal assistant with Stern and Szpigiel for one year before moving to Last Chance Funding Inc. 

Bauer resides in Wantagh, N.Y.
