Stieve joined the women's lacrosse coaching staff ahead of the 2023 season as an assistant coach.

Stieve spent four seasons playing lacrosse at Old Dominion University. As a member of the Big Blue, she appeared in 26 games, making six starts at midfield. The Huntington, N.Y. native totaled three goals, two assists, five points, 27 ground balls, 20 draw controls, and caused 19 turnovers. She graduated in 2022 with a bachelors degree in Business Management.
