Molloy University Athletics

Dusharme joined the softball coaching staff for the 2026 season following a successful four-year stint with the Lions. 

Dusharme started all four seasons of her playing career behind the plate, totaling 189 games played and hitting .278 with 136 hits and 74 RBI. 

Dusharme was named All-Conference for three-straight years, concluding her collegiate career with a First Team selection. 

She gradutaed from Molloy with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in Spring of 2025.
