2016-17: Ran a 16:55.73 in the 5000 Meter at the Deschriver Invitational on Feb. 5^th … placed ninth in the 5000 Meter (17:13.65) at the ECC Championship on Feb. 24

2015-16: Placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run at the ECC Championships on Feb. 26, clocking a time of 16:35.23 ... ran a 4:48.51 mile to earn an eleventh-place showing at the Molloy Lions Invite on Feb. 12.

2014-15: Placed third in the 3,000-meter run at the Saint Joseph's Winter Invitational on Jan. 17 with a time of 9:39.9 ... ran eleventh in the 5,000 meters (16:56.7) at the ECC Championships on Feb. 21.

2013-14: Ran a 9:43.8 in the 3,000-meter race at the Bill Ward Invitational on Dec. 6 ... placed sixth in the 1,000-meters (3:00.0) and ninth in the 5,000-meter distance (18:40.0) at the East Coast Conference Championships (Feb. 22).
