Highlights
2021-22:

• Finished 11th in the 1000-meter, running a time of 2:43.39 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 10).
• Placed 8th in the 4x400 at the Ramapo College Track & Field Opener (Jan. 21), running a time of 3:43.72.
• Ran a personal-record 53.73 and placed 59th at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 30).
• Won the 800-meter at the Stockton Invite (March 26) with a time of 2:00.99.
• Finished 11th in the 400-meter at the TCNJ Invitational (April 2) with a personal best time of 53.14.
• Placed 4th in the 3000-meter at the ESU All American Meet (April 23) with a personal best time of 9:08.38.
• Finished 37th in the 800-meter at the 2022 Lions Invitational (April 30) with a time of 2:00.26.
• Finished 2nd in the 4x400 at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of  3:28.63.
• Finished 4th in the 1500-meter at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of 4:07.77.

2020-21:

• Ran a personal-best 4:10.72 in the 1500-meter at the Icahn Invitational (Mar. 21).

2019-20:

• Finished 38^th at the Albany Winter Classic (Feb. 7) in the 800-meter running a 1:59.08.
• Member of the DMR that won goal and set the ECC Championship Record crossing the line in 10:21.92 and placed fourth in the 800-meter at the ECC Championship (Feb.22) completing the race in 2:00.36.
• Finished 72^nd at the BU Last Chance Qualifier (Feb. 28) running a 4:26.86.

• Finished fifth in the 800-meter at the ECC Championship (Feb. 16) crossing the line in 2:02.59.
• Placed sixth in the 800-meter at the ECC Championship (Apr.20) running a 1:59.75.

• Finished ninth in the mile at the St. Joseph’s College Winter Invitational (Feb. 11) completing the race in 4:45.69.
• Member of the DMR that placed fifth at the ECC Championship (Feb. 23) running a 11:01.04.
• Member of the 4x400 that finished fourth, running a 8:48.04, at the ECC Championship (Apr. 21).
