2018: Started all 48 games he appeared in…batted. 314…Recorded 61 hits, 13 doubles, and two triples… Drove in 29 runs…Stole 10 bases…Registered a .395 on base percentage and a .402 slugging percentage…Logged 18 multi-hit games… Tallied three hits, scored four runs, and drove in a run in the team’s win over Bridgeport (Mar. 24)…Drove in four runs in the Lions’ win over Bridgeport (May 11).

2017: Appeared in 38 contests, starting 24 of them…Averaged .220 at the plate, driving in three runs on 18 hits, two doubles and 15 runs scored…Stole 3-of-4 bases attempted...Went 3-for-4 with two runs scored against Queens (Mar. 25).

2016: Started 40 games and appeared in 48 total contests, primarily as the team's catcher ... Hit .242 with three doubles and 17 RBIs while drawing 14 walks on the season ... Stole eight bases and posted a team-high five sacrifice hits ... Went 4-for-4 with three runs scored, a double and an RBI in a win at Caldwell on May 3 ... Collected two RBIs in five different games and had three-hit, two-RBI contests versus both Queens (Apr. 15) and Post (Apr. 20).

2015: In 31 games played as a freshman, produced a .271 average with 16 hits...Went four-for-five with three RBI's and  four runs scored against Caldwell University (Mar.31).

Prior to Molloy: Played baseball (2 years) and soccer (2 years) at St. Dominic High School...In his junior year, his baseball squad finished 13-5, while his soccer team was 3-3-6...Senior year, his baseball team was 14-4, while soccer finished 1-2-9...Reached the championship finales in baseball in 2013, and the semifinals in 2014.

Personal: Son of Steve and Irene McCarty...Has three siblings, Christel Caputo, Stephanie McCarty and Vincent McCarty...Also enjoys playing soccer...Majoring in biology.
