Dagnello joined the baseball coaching staff prior to the 2026 season following a successful two-year stint with the Lions.
In his time in the cardinal and white, Dagnello appeared and started in 98 contests hitting .260 while totaling 94 RBI, 86 hits, 75 walks, 67 runs, 22 doubles, eight home runs, and four triples. A member of two East Coast Conference Championship teams, Dagnello was a member of the historic 2024 squad that collected a program-record 42 wins and advanced to the NCAA East Super Regional for the second time in program history. An ECC-All-Second Team selection in 2025, the lefty hitter hit for the cycle against Felician where he went a perfect four-for-four from the plate and drove in seven.
A native of Nesconset, Dagnello graduated from Molloy in the spring of 2025 with a bachelor's degree in finance.
