Keith Galante graduated from Molloy as the program's all-time leader in both points (190) and assists (106), as well as topping the maroon and white in both shots (331) and shots on goal (171). The midfielder also ranked in the top-five in goals (85), shots on goal per game (3.29), man-up goals (15), assists per game (2.02), and points per game (3.65). Upon graduation, Galante was selected 34
th overall in the 2009 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft by the Long Island Lizards, making him the first player in the program's history to be drafted to the MLL.
Galante's name still sits atop the program's record book in assists, remaining the only player to top 100 career assists. He currently sits third in points, fourth in shots, fifth in assists per game, and ninth in goals, points per game, and shots on goal. His name also appears as the single-game assist record holder (7), and holds the single-game shot record (17).
In his time with the Lions, Galante was named All-Conference two times, both first team selections. He became the second in program-history to earn First Team All-American recognition by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. In addition, he was the program's second-ever NCAA Statistical Champion, averaging 3.31 assists per game in 2009.
