Highlights
2021-22:
  • Ran a personal-best in the 3000-meter at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 10) with a time of 10:45.68.
  • Set a personal-best mile time of 5:26.56 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 29)
  • Ran to a personal-best in both the 800-meter (2:30.91 at the ESU All American Meet (Apr. 23).
  • Earned two All-ECC Second Team Performances at the ECC Outdoor Championships, finishing second in the 4x800-meter (10:17.64) and third in the 5000-meter (19:25.31).
  • Finished 10th in the 1500-meter at the 2022 Lion's Invitational (April 29-30) with a time of 5:06.60.
2020-21:
  • Finished sixth in the 1500-meter at the St. John Invite (Apr. 16) with a personal-best time of 4:59.00.
  • Set a program-record 18:53.86 time in the 5000-meter at the Icahn Invitational (Mar. 20), finishing eighth.
  • Ran to an All-ECC Second Team finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the Outdoor Championships (May 1) with a second-place time of 4:16.35.

Prior to Molloy: Ran four seasons of cross country and three of track at South Side...Nationals competitor...Three-time Nassau County Champion and state qualifier in cross country.
