2022-23:
  • Ran a mile time of 6:15.33 at the Wagner Invite (Jan. 6).
  • Finished second in the steeplechase at the Ursinus Invite (Mar. 25) with a time of 13:58.10.
2021-22:
  • Finished 6th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of 13:06.94.
  • Placed 3rd in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Ursinus College Outdoor Invitational (April 9), with a personal-record time of 13:20.20.
  • Finished 24th in the 1500-meter at the TCNJ Invitational (April 2), with a personal-record time of 5:36.43.
  • Ran a personal-best 12:11.07 in the 3,000-meter at the 2022 Spartan Invite (Jan. 14), to finish 12th.
  • Placed 17th in the 1,000-meter at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 10), with a time of 3:33.97
