2018-19: All-ECC Second Team...Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Second Team...Started all 28 games she appeared in...Led the ECC in steals (85), second in assists (129), and fifth in minutes per game (33.7)...Averaged 10.9 points per game and 4.2 rebounds per game...Tallied two double-doubles...Netted a career-high 25 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the Lions' win over UDC (2/27/19)...Recorded a career-high 13 assists against Bridgeport (Feb. 13). 

2017-18: Started all 27 contests she appeared in… Averaged 9.9 points per game, 4.9 rebounds per game, and 4.3 assists per game…Led the ECC in minutes per game (37.2) … Finished third in the conference in assists (115) and steals (64) …Netted a career-high 23 points in the Lions’ win over Adelphi (Nov. 30)…Recorded a double-double (13 points and 10 rebounds) in the team’s season opener against Chestnut Hill (Nov. 11).

2016-17: Started all 31 contests she appeared in, leading the team with 34.9 minutes per game...Averaged 8.8 points and 2.9 assists per game, shooting 35.7% from the field and 76.3% from the arc while nabbing 47 steals…Totaled 15 double-digit point performances on the year, including a career-high 20 points against Goldey-Beacom (Nov. 19)…Combined for 21 points, 11 assists, eight rebounds, and four steals on way to the ECC Championship, earning her a spot on the All-Tournament Team.

2015-16: Started in all 29 contests...Grady averaged 5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game....She scored her career high of 13 points in the win against LIU post (Feb 10)... The freshman shot a .345 and .690 free throw percentage... Grady went 3-3 and 2-2 at beyond the arc against Southern New Hampshire University Nov 20... She leads the team with 53 steals.

Prior to Molloy: Played basketball and ran track at Copiague High School ... Was named "Best Female Athlete" at Copiague, as well as winning MVP and Highest Average awards.

Personal: Daughter of Regan Elliott ...  Has two older siblings... Plans to start her own business after college ... Bilingual and able to speak both English and Italian ... Majoring in criminal justice.
