2016:
Ran a personal-best 27:24.4 at the LIU Post Cross Country Invitational … placed 28th with a time of 28:33.5 at the ECC Championship (Oct. 22) in the 8000 Meters.

2015: Opened his junior campaign with a 29th-place finish at the Fordham Fiasco-Ed Joyce Memorial Invitational on Sept. 12 in a time of 30:35.9 ... shaved off nearly a full two seconds from his 8K time to place a career-best 20th at the LIU Post Invitational (Sept. 19) in a time of 28:42.4 ... ran a personal-bst 27:44.5 and garnered a 29th-place finish at the East Coast Conference Championships in Brookville on Oct. 24.

2014: East Coast Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll Inductee ... Molloy College Athletic Director's Academic Honor Roll Inductee ... Began his sophomore season with a 35th-place showing at the Osprey Open on Sept. 20, crossing the finish line in a time of 28:13.9 ... clocked a season-low 28:00.5 in an 8K meet at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational a week later ... finished a personal-best 29th with a time of 28:07.9 in the East Coast Conference Championships on Nov. 8.

2013: Started his collegiate career with a 17:02.0 run in the 4K race at the St. John's-Hofstra 2013 Fall Festival on Sept. 7 ... finished a season-high 33rd (29:43.1) in the 8K race at the Osprey Open on Sept. 21 ... clocked a season-best 28:04.7 and finished 35th at the East Coast Conference Championships (Oct. 27) ... ran a 10K course at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships in Boston in a time of 36:35.2.
