2017: All-East Coast Conference Second Team…Started all 14 contests on defense…Ranked second on the team and first in the conference with 26 caused turnovers…Added 32 ground balls on the season…Named ECC Defensive Player of the Week after matching a career-high four caused turnovers and picking up a career-high seven ground balls against St. Thomas Aquinas (Mar. 18).

2016: Started the final four games of the season and appeared in eight games over the course of the campaign ... registered an assist on Senior Day versus Roberts Wesleyan (Apr. 30) ... picked up 14 ground balls, including a season-high three versus UDC on Apr. 16 ... caused two turnovers against Dominican (N.Y.) on Apr. 13.

2015: Earned the start at Southern New Hampshire (Mar. 21) and played in 11 total games ... caused four turnovers and scooped up three ground balls in action.

2014: Started six contests and played in eight games total ... collected five ground balls and caused two turnovers on the season ... scooped up two ground balls at Saint Anselm (Mar. 19) ... caused turnovers at Dowling (Mar. 1) and versus AIC (Mar. 11).

Prior to Molloy: Transferred from Rollins College, where he red-shirted a season...Graduated from Ward Melville High School, where he played lacrosse and wrestled...named Ward Melville Most Improved Player...starter for Hotbeds Champions team...part of team that finished 21st nationally in 2012...part of defense that defeated #5 Smithtown West in playoffs, before falling to #2 West Islip in Suffolk County Lacrosse Championship game...during his senior year, part of defensive unit that recorded three shutouts.

Personal: Son of Tim and Nina Matthews...Has one brother, Dylan (25)...Majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
