Myrtle Beach, S.C. – The 20
th ranked Molloy baseball team suffered its first loss of the season Sunday morning, falling to the Chargers of New Haven University, 9-2, at the Ripkin Experience. The Lions move to 6-1 on the season, while the Chargers improve to 2-2.
How it Happened
	- After two innings of scoreless baseball, New Haven scored seven runs in the top of the third to take a 7-0 lead.
 
	- Molloy responded with two runs in the bottom of the inning. Junior Aidan Larkin drove in a pair of runners with a single to close the deficit to five, 7-2.
 
	- New Haven added two more runs in the top of the sixth and would go on the win the game, 9-2.
