Rockville Centre, N.Y. - The Molloy women's lacrosse team saw 15 different scorers in an offensive outburst against the Caldwell University Cougars, 23-6, at RVC Sports Complex. The Lions move to 3-2 on the season while, Caldwell falls to 0-2.

How it Happened
- Sophomore Ryan Smith opening the scoring for Molloy with an unassisted goal with 12:38 to go in the first quarter. Caldwell responded in the following minute with an Olivia Christiano goal.
- Sophomore Hailey Dazzo collected three-straight goals in a span of two minutes to send Molloy ahead 4-1 with 8:25 remaining in the opening frame.
- The Lions added two goals in the closing minutes with junior Haille Ross and freshman Brenna Signorelli collecting the goals. Molloy lead after one quarter 6-1.
- Molloy's scoring run continued to start the second quarter with senior Abbie Bellport scoring back-to-back goals with the opening 35 seconds of the quarter. Junior Joanna Mauceri and Ross collected assists on the goals.
- Kelsey Maxwell snapped the Molloy run with 13:06 to go in the second quarter.
- Mauceri sparked another Lions run in the following minute with a goal, followed by a goal from senior Lucy Emptage, putting Molloy up 10-2.
- Freshman Alyssa Oddo extended the lead to 10, 12-2, with back-to-back goals. Molloy then scored a trio of goals from Signorelli, Emptage and freshman Alexa Amorison giving the Lions a 15-2 advantage. Molloy led 15-3 at the half.
- The second half began with a pair of Molloy goals, scored by freshman Megan Rugolo and sophomore Erin Murphy. Following a Caldwell score, Murphy struck again to put the Lions up 18-4. Rugolo added another goal for Molloy giving the Lions a 19-4 lead after three.
- Senior Kara Rosenberg put Molloy at 20 goals on the day with 14:25 to go in the game.
- After Hannah Glaser added another Caldwell goal, freshman Isabella Klemm knocked in a goal for the Lions.
- The Cougars netted one final goal followed by Molloy goals from freshman Felicia Delia and freshman Carly Howell to end the game 23-6 in favor of the Lions.

- Dazzo recorded a hat-trick with three goals on five shots.
- Signorelli and Oddo added two goals and an assist
- Bellport, Rugolo, Murphy and Emptage all netted two goals.
- Smith earned five draw controls and caused four turnovers.
- In net, Sophomore goalkeeper Mary-Kate Sweeney recorded three saves.
