Rockville Centre, N.Y. (Mar. 24, 2018) – On the strength of a career day from senior
Tim Steinman, the men's lacrosse team picked up a dominant 19-4 victory over the Golden Falcons of Felician University. With the victory, the maroon and white improve to 3-3 on the season while Felician is still in search of its first victory of 2018.
Molloy took a 5-0 lead on goals from sophomores

Kevin Pastier and junior
Michael Scheuerer. The Golden Falcons scored to close the opening quarter of action.
Steinman and Pastier combined to give the Lions an 8-1 lead before Felician came within six, 8-2. Pastier and freshman
Hunter Nuzzi each netted two to end the first half with the maroon and white leading by 10, 12-2.
Mike Guaragno scored his second of the game to open the second half for the Golden Falcons, but the remainder of scoring in the third frame belonged to the home team. Sophomore
Gabe Garcia netted two goals while Pastier and Steinman each added one to give Molloy a 16-3 lead headed into the final 15 minutes of play.
Steinman recorded his fourth goal to open the frame before Felician scored to set the score at 18-4. Sophomores

Andrew Chu each scored to give the Lions a 19-4 victory as time expired.
Steinman (four goals, five assists) led the offense with nine points while Pastier scored five goals, adding one assist for six points. Scheuerer, Garcia, and Nuzzi each netted two goals and added one assist for three points. Boulukos, Cooksey, Kotarski, Chu, senior

Junior
Justin English went 20-of-22 on the face-off, picking up a game-high 14 ground balls. Junior

Brandon Leon, and freshman
Darryl Hilaire each totaled three. Antonette, Hilaire, and sophomore
Brodie Nuzzi led the team with two caused turnovers each.
Senior
Ryan Toomey recorded eight saves in the victory while sophomore
Andrew McDougal made two in relief.
The maroon and white return to action on Tuesday (Mar. 27) as they welcome Dominican College to the RVC Sports Complex. Face-off is slated for 4:30 p.m.
