Douglasville, Pa. (Feb. 4, 2018) - The women's bowling team returned to Baker tournament action at the Bowl for a KUre, hosted by Kutztown University. The Lions went 2-3 on the performance, taking its season record to 6-9 in NCAA play. At the event's conclusion, sophomore
Carly Licht led all keglers in traditional scoring, averaging 199 (games of 184, 246, and 167) while ending the day with a 19.1 fill frame average. Licht's performance earned her a spot on the All-Tournament team.
Molloy's day began against the host Golden Bears, who defeated the Lions, 898-879 despite games of 199 from freshman
Mackenzie Wagner and 196 from sophomore
Jennifer Bisogno.

Christie Warmingham (189) and
Zoey Witter (229) fired the maroon and white on top of Chestnut Hill College, 1047-985. The Lions next faced Wilmington University, falling 845-760.
In a rare 10-game Baker match, Molloy outlasted East Coast Conference rival Saint Thomas Aquinas College, 1659-755. In the final match, the Lions were tamed by the event's champion, St. Francis Brooklyn, 1853-1761.
Molloy returns to action on Saturday (Feb. 10) at the Suffolk County Community College Invitational in Babylon, N.Y.
