Montclair, N.J. – The men's rugby team concluded the regular season with a 19-15 victory over Montclair State University.
Senior
Ryan Casey put Molloy on the board, followed by a successful conversion by senior
Brian Kissling. At the half, the Lions trailed, 12-7.
Early into the second frame, Montclair State scored on a penalty kick to set the score at 15-7.
A try from James Incantalupo and an additional conversion kick from Kissling brough the maroon and white within one, 15-14.
Despite being down a man in the final minutes, Molloy took the lead on a try from sophomore
Anthony Rivera to set the final score at 19-15.
