Seaford, N.Y. – The men's rugby team advanced to the second round of the Tri-State Championship with a dominant 57-17 defeat of Montclair State University yesterday at Cedar Creek Park.

Six different members of the maroon and white scored tries in the team effort, including Ryan Casey, John Rotchford, Santiago Agosti, Dwight Parker, two from James Incantalupo and three from Troy Buckley.

Brian Kissling made six conversions in the effort.
