(Apr. 27, 2016) - The Molloy College baseball team managed just three hits against five pitchers from Felician University, and the Golden Falcons scored three runs in the late innings to squeak past the maroon and white and win a 3-0 decision on Wednesday (Apr. 27) at Lyndhurst Recreation Field.

Ryan Doerschug (Commack, N.Y.) in the contest. Felician (25-17) scored a run in the seventh on a double by Bruce Strickland (Hazlet, N.J.) and then punched home two more runs in the eighth inning on an inside-the-park home run off the bat of Jason Polgano (Bronx, N.Y.).
The Lions will open a four-game series with conference rival Dowling College on Friday (Apr. 29) at Mitchel Field beginning at 3:30 p.m.
