Graef started the second quarter off with his second tally of the game, before Dominican found the back of the netting for the first time on the afternoon. Already ahead 5-1, the Lions reeled off three straight goals over the next five minutes to increase their lead to 8-1. Junior Kevin Teresky (South Huntington, N.Y.), senior Joe Leonard (Hicksville, N.Y.) and Valenti had the trio of goals for Molloy. For Molloy, junior Tom Engelhardt (Bethpage, N.Y.) scored three goals and had three assists, while Graef and sophomore Jack Fagan (Hicksville, N.Y.) each recorded three goals. Leonard posted two goals and three assists, while Valenti and Turner scored twice each. Clark, Teresky, Rowland, freshman T.J. Kilmetis (Hicksville, N.Y.) and rookie Tim Steinman (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) were the other goal scorers today.

In net, freshman Ryan Toomey (Hicksville, N.Y.) and junior Brandon Schade (Holbrook, N.Y.) split the game. Toomey made three saves, while Schade had nine.

Head Coach Eric Petrullo and the Lions return to the field on Saturday to host the University of the District of Columbia for their Make-A-Wish game. The opening faceoff is slated for 12 p.m.
