ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. (Oct. 16, 2015) - The newest intercollegiate varsity sport to the Molloy College campus will begin its inaugural season Saturday (Oct. 17) as the Molloy College women's bowling team heads to Reading, Pa. to take part in the Kutztown University Fall Baker Invitational.
As part of the tournament, the Lions will play six matches with a maximum five sets in Baker-style scoring. For more on what exactly the Baker format of bowling is, check out the system as per the rules of the United States Bowling Congress by clicking

The Molloy College women's bowling team will open play at 11 a.m. by facing Medaille College in the squad's first-ever match. Following the contest against the Mavericks, the Lions will face Coppin State and Delaware State before playing in a "Lions vs. Lions" matchup with Penn State-Altoona. The event will close with Molloy facing Thiel College and then squaring off with East Coast Conference opponent Franklin Pierce to wrap up the day of competiton.
