(Apr. 6, 2014) - On Sunday afternoon, the Molloy College baseball team played its series finale with East Coast Conference-opponent LIU Post, falling to the Pioneers, 5-2 in Brookville, N.Y. With the win, the Pioneers improved to 10-8 overall and 4-3 in the ECC, while the Lions slipped to 9-14 on the year and 5-7 in league play.

Carlos Guzman (Bloomingburg, N.Y.) RBI single, but it wouldn't be enough as the Pioneers took the series finale, 5-2.
In the batter's box, Gonchar finished 2-for-4, while Podell went 1-for-3 with a run scored.
