CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Apr. 29, 2014) - On Monday evening, the East Coast Conference office released its Week Nine softball laurels. Molloy College senior outfielder Dayna White (East Islip, N.Y.) was selected as the league's Player of the Week.

White batted .425 last week (17-for-40), while slugging .775. She smacked four homers and drove in an incredible 22 runs in only 12 games. She scored seven times, notched three walks and two doubles. This is White's second ECC accolade of the season as she was previously named to the Weekly Honor Roll on April 23.
