The East Coast Conference office released its Week 11 women's volleyball accolades and Molloy College junior Shannon Appel (Rockaway Park, N.Y.) earned one of these laurels, as she was selected to the Weekly Honor Roll.

Appel recorded 20 kills over two matches against Daemen College and Roberts Wesleyan College this past weekend. She also added two digs and had three blocks.
