Michels was sensational to open the season for the Molloy men's cross country team ... at the SJC Friends and Alumni Invitational on Thursday, he set a blistering pace to win the 6K event by about six seconds over his nearest competitor ... the 2015 ECC Rookie of the Year won the race in a time of 20 minutes and 31.9 seconds.
